B&B HOTEL Lyon Eurexpo Bron

As a fellow Hotelier I can say that Ibis is always a good standard hotel where you can always except a good night sleep, decent rooms and a good breakfast. There is a open air parking available which is an extra good point. The hotel has a fun lobby and the staff is very friendly. The hotel was fully booked the night I arrived and alot of people were checking in at night. I could tell the receptionist, was quiet nervous, but handled that little rush well :) He was very helpful upon my request and very very kind. The F&B department was very organised and the staff does their job very well. The breakfast is quiet good and you have a large choice of variety. I would like to thank Astrid, (F&B-breakfast) for the warm welcoming and her professionalism. I saw her greet every customer with smiling eyes. She did everything so well in the breakfast area; cleanliness, customer service, buffet, communication with the chef. Everything was on point and it warmed my heart to see her do her job so well. I have been to various hotels in big cities, NH, Novotel, Pullman, Hilton,.. and I have never felt more welcoming and respected with my family by a Staff Member in the Breakfast Area.
